The main house and guest house offer 300 m² of living space across 3,000 m² of grounds. Spend the morning by the pool, eat together outside and look out towards the Mediterranean and Mount Calamorro. Málaga Airport is 13 minutes away by car; the beach is about 10 minutes away.

Three spaces, one garden

The main house with three en-suite bedrooms, the guest house with two en-suite bedrooms, a sauna and a gym, and an independent studio: room to be together, and room to spread out. Every bedroom has its own lock.

Villa Coníferas sits in a quiet residential area of Benalmádena, 160 m above the sea. By car, it is 1 minute from the supermarket, 5 minutes from Golf Torrequebrada, 10 minutes from the beach and 25 minutes from central Málaga.

Good to know

How far is the villa from Málaga airport?
About 13 minutes by car. We can arrange airport transfers on request.
Do we need a car?
We recommend it: the villa is on the hillside above Benalmádena. By car, the supermarket is 1 minute away and the beach 10. There are three private parking spaces.
Is the pool heated?
Pool heating is available as an option, from €350 per week.
How many guests can stay?
Up to 12 guests, in five en-suite bedrooms and an independent studio.
Can we celebrate a birthday or a hen weekend?
Yes, with the group staying at the villa. Parties and events with outside guests are not allowed.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, €2,000, refunded within 7 days of departure.
